Travels are back - 2021 - Part I

Corona made traveling impossible for over a year and then I was so fixed on the experiences that writing my travel blog took a back seat. Let me try to catch you up on my adventures since August 2021.

It started with a trip to my grandma‘s in Eisenach, Thuringia. It was good to meet again after such a long time.

Right after this, Victor and I spent a couple of days in the Malta valley in Carinthia, Austria. We drove along several high alpine roads, visited the marmots, tried archery and challenged each other clicking the best pictures at the Alpine Garden.

From Malta valley to Malta - the county. At the end of August, I boarded my first flight post-COVID to Valletta and kept the next days exploring the capital and the islands history. After weekend, I got myself a car and drove the next week always on the left side.

First to Gozo by ferry, where I swam every day in the Mediterranean and took a island round trip with lots of swimming stops and a sunburn.

Back to Malta Island I looked for the old temples and bays and beaches.

It was a great vacation and lifted my mood tremendously.
